Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor as well as a model. After giving up her gymnastics career from childhood, Ariel began competing at fitness events at the age of sixteen. When she was 17 She was awarded her pro card just one year later. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant as well as a model and a sponsored athlete. She began competing in fitness competitions when she was 16 after quitting her childhood gymnastics career. Within a year she was able to earn her Pro Card at age 17. So becoming the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. When she was awarded her Pro Card Ariel left for six years from the show to pursue her college education. In 2015 continued her previous efforts, wherein she participated in events of the highest level such as Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. After the initial event for a number of years and set higher goals each year. She was awarded four more fitness championships by the close of the year. This included the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion, which made her the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Following the Pro Card's award, Ariel took a six-year break from competing so she could finish her college degree. The IFBB Fitness Pro Debut was held during Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games, in the month of October in 2015. The show was a success and she came in third. In the summer of 2016 she took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and as a result - qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, she competed onstage at the Olympia in which she won 6th in her Fitness Division. Ariel was elated to have placed 6th within the fitness division even though she being completely unprepared. The competition was among the very best. Ariel's physique continues to improve every year. Ariel's most favorite part of her body to exercise is the back. Her exercises for strengthening her back are bent-over rows that use single arm pull downs with lats. Her usual routine is to warm up before moving onto the work outs. Ariel is extremely efficient with her time. Converting all the exercises back into a set of three or four 10-12 rep supersets is the way she does.
